We always want satisfied customers in our store. Our goal is for the products to bring a feeling of joy when they arrive at your home, so that you will always come back to buy from us.

If, for any reason, you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the situation, following some simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds .


Regret or Giving Up

In cases of exchange or return due to regret or withdrawal , when the product is in perfect condition but does not please the customer, the deadline is 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request the return by phone or email.

How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to buyer's remorse:

  1. Contact customer service by email .

  2. Send the product by mail, with shipping costs paid by the customer , to the sender's address.

Important: the product must be in its original packaging , showing no signs of use , with the seal intact (if applicable), and accompanied by all included accessories .

After receiving and confirming the above conditions, you may choose to:

  • Receive a store credit for the total amount paid, which can be used for an immediate or future purchase, valid for 6 months ;

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid , using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company, and the refund will then be processed.

The store is not obligated to exchange products whose defects were caused by misuse, nor to fulfill requests outside of the established deadlines.


Size Choice and Regret

We provide product measurements in centimeters to help you avoid mistakes when choosing the right size.
According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18 , there is no legal obligation for the merchant to make exchanges motivated by the consumer's regret regarding color, size, model, or any other circumstance.

The customer is guaranteed the right to an exchange only in the case of defective products .


Other Occurrences

All incidents mentioned above — or any others that may arise — must be reported to the store by phone or email.

Products returned without prior notice , outside the deadline , or without the accompanying items/accessories , may be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.


Refusal to Deliver the Product

Refuse to accept the product if any of the following situations occur:

  • Open or damaged packaging;

  • Damaged product;

  • Product does not match the order;

  • Lack of accessories.

If you still receive the product, please contact the store's support within 72 hours of receiving it.
