Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days . If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned , such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines);

  • Intimate or personal hygiene products;

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards;

  • Software products for download;

  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete the return, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase .
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer .


SITUATIONS WITH PARTIAL REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Books with clear signs of use;

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, open cassette tapes or vinyl records;

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to the store;

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your original card or payment method within a specified timeframe.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again;

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

  3. Contact your bank — processing may take a few days.

ITEMS ON SALE (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable .


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at supportbelunine@gmail.com .

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original buyer received it to give as a gift later, the refund will be issued to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.


SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact our support team via WhatsApp .

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs .
Shipping costs are non-refundable .
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item worth more than US$75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance , as we cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received.
